At Luna Ticketing, tickets are emailed to you within 15 minutes of your purchase, directly to the purchasers email address used during the checkout process.

1. Digital E-Ticket Delivery:

Upon successful completion of your order, you will instantly receive an email confirming your order. Additionally, you will receive a separate email containing your digital e-tickets within 15 minutes. The e-tickets will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that you provide a valid and accurate email address to receive your tickets promptly.

2. E-Ticket Format:

The e-tickets will be sent as a PDF attachment in the email. The PDF will contain all the necessary details related to your event, including but not limited to event name, date, time, venue, and any additional instructions. Ensure that you have a PDF viewer installed on your device to open and view your e-tickets.

3. Account Registration:

During the checkout process, you have the option to register for an account with Luna Ticketing. If you choose to register, your purchased e-tickets will be automatically added to your account. This allows you to access your tickets conveniently at any time by logging into your account on our website.

4. Account Access:

If you have registered for an account, you can log in to your account on our website to view and manage your purchased e-tickets. This feature provides an additional layer of security and accessibility, allowing you to retrieve your tickets even if the email is misplaced.

5. Contact Information:

If you do not receive your e-tickets within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still encounter issues, please submit a Customer Support Ticket, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the matter.
